Budget estimates correspond to mid-season (June and September) pricing unless specified otherwise. Expect 20 to 50% increase during high season months with August being the priciest month of the year and expect 10 to 30% drops in low season months. The pricing of luxurious properties is less affected by seasonality.

Mid-season one-week budget (rent + various hosting services) for one family ( or 2 couples) with 2 children starts at 1,400 euros for a flat, 2,000 euros in a villa, and 3,250 euros in a villa with a pool on the basis of a 2wk stay. When sharing a home with another family , the minimum weekly budget per family is 1,200 euros a week in a villa (rent + various added services), and 1,600 euros for a comfortable villa with a pool, and 2,000euros minimum for a luxurious property. Four couples can enjoy a high-end villa experience, with en-suite bathrooms + swimming pool + good view or special setting, for 1,250 euros a week per couple (minimum of a 2 wk stay, rent +various hosting services).
