pricing unless specified otherwise. Expect 20 to 50% increase
during high season months with August being the priciest month
of the year and expect 10 to 30% drops in low season months. The
pricing of luxurious properties is less affected by seasonality.
Mid-season one-week budget (rent + various hosting
services) for one family with 2 children starts at 1,300
euros for a flat and 1,900 euros in a villa on the basis of a
2wk stay. When sharing a home with another family, the minimum
weekly budget per family is 1,200 euros a week in a villa (rent
+ various added services), and 1,600 euros for a villa with a
pool. Four couples can enjoy a high-end villa experience,
with en-suite bathrooms + swimming pool + mountain view, for
1,250 euros a week (minimum of a 2 wk stay, rent with various
hosting services).
